From sandblasting and careful prep to the application of high-quality powder coating, every step of our powder coating process is done with precision.

    Metal Prep

    Rust and flaking are removed by sandblasting and hand sanding as needed.

  2. 02

    Hanging

    The piece is hung on our facility-wide guiding rail.

  3. 03

    Washing

    A pressure wash removes every oil and bit of debris.

  4. 04

    Drying

    Fully dried in the first of our two ovens.

  5. 05

    Coating

    One of our pros applies the powder by hand.

  6. 06

    Curing

    Baked hard in our 25 foot curing oven.

  7. 07

    Cooling

    Cooled in a temperature controlled room, then it’s ready.
